Join me as I take you on the next thrilling chapter of my motorsport career. After careful consideration in 2016, a decision was made to return to the track where it all began. It was time to participate in the Cadet Championships at Lydd International Track—a new challenge that awaited me. The stakes were higher, the competition fiercer, and the learning curve steeper. Brace yourself for a season filled with triumphs and new experiences.
 

A Fresh Start at Lydd:

Returning to Lydd International Track marked a significant milestone in my journey. The opportunity to compete in the IKR (Interkarting) Championships pushed me to new limits. With a different track layout and unfamiliar rivals, there was much to learn and adapt to. The anticipation was palpable as I embarked on this thrilling adventure.
 

A Season Divided:

The season was divided into summer and winter series, each presenting its unique set of challenges and opportunities. Although my participation in the summer series was slightly shortened due to health reasons, I embraced the setback as a chance to learn and grow. Round after round, I steadily improved my performance, determined to break into the top five by the end of the summer season.

Summer Triumphs and Lessons:

Despite the setbacks, I quickly absorbed the lessons learned and demonstrated remarkable progress. With each lap, I honed my racing skills and pushed myself beyond limits. The results began to reflect my dedication, and by the conclusion of the summer season, I proudly secured a spot in the top five. It was a testament to my resilience and commitment to excellence.
 

A Winter Wonderland of Success:

The winter series brought an added level of excitement and an opportunity to showcase my newfound skills. The intensity heightened as I navigated the track, battling fiercely against formidable opponents. The season was marked by consistent podium finishes, with only one race where I narrowly missed the top three. Nonetheless, I pressed on, leaving no room for complacency.
 

Triumph at Season's End:

As the winter season drew to a close, the satisfaction of my progress filled the air. It had been a rollercoaster ride of adrenaline and determination, culminating in an outstanding achievement. I proudly secured a remarkable second-place finish overall in the championship. The culmination of hard work, perseverance, and the unwavering support of my team propelled me to new heights.
